Welcome to Tahquamenon Bed and Breakfast

Nestled in the Hulbert Township of Michigan’s famed Upper Peninsula, Tahquamenon
Bed and Breakfast presents 15 distinctively charming rooms. Our historic building
was originally built in 1919 as a bunkhouse and company store for the Parrish Wooden Bowl Factory. It later became the Tahquamenon Hotel, attracting guests from all over the country desiring a laid-back stay with an array of four-season recreation.

Making History Since 1919

Heather and Tony, Innkeepers

This historic building has been an iconic fixture for locals, outdoor enthusiasts and repeat guests desiring the ultimate out-of-the-way getaway.

Our family roots in Hulbert date back to well over 100 years. We have spent a great deal of time here, during summers, holidays and wintertime. As we did, we knew we wanted to strengthen our ties with the community. We purchased the Tahquamenon Hotel in October 2023, and changed the name to what we felt truly represented what we offer. While the name has changed, one thing remains the same: A welcoming, comfortable retreat for our local friends, returning visitors and new guests. Welcome to your home away from home!
